Epeolatry Corner Dryden Logo Design

The elements of this project came together at the behest of Dryden author Daniel B. Hunt, who put in a request for three icon designs for his Zazzle Dryden memorabilia store, Epeolatry Corner.

The design criteria rested upon sourcing ideas from within the Dryden archives. More specifically I extended that notion to breaking the fourth wall by working on ideas which related to objects which could conceivably exist as items within the stories of the Dryden universe.

The first design is the STIM logo, a genetically engineered coffee referenced in the novel "The Eclipsing of Sirus C".

Second are standard issue water bottle and coffee mug designs derived from the League of Planet's vessel "Duster", belonging specifically to their reluctant leader Sam Alder from the eponymous titled ALDER'S WORLD novels.

Finally, promotional materials from the Liquid Fire Racing Tournament - this was a curious Dryden project involving an actual sponsorship deal with British uphill racing driver Charlie Martin, which gave additional rise to the creation of a card based racing game, and a comic story involving a character based upon Charlie, whose fictitious exploits would reflect Charlie's actual season performance.
